Please note that this Schengen short stay visa calculator app is for use by visitors to Europe from states which have an agreement with the European Union to grant their citizens a multiple entry short stay visa, to tour within the Schengen area for up to 90 days in any 180 day period. The European Union calls this a visa, although you don't need to get an actual visa under this agreement.

The agreement applies to citizens of certain countries outside the EU. Other countries may have no such agreement, or may have other agreements with the EU which are more or less favourable than this rule. Naturally, the app is only a calculator and cannot tell which rules apply to you, and cannot be held liable for any decisions made by officials such as border control personnel!
